LINKS

Our objective is to provide links to websites in the following categories: RC Societies, Sleep Disorders Medicine, Schools, Educational, Books/Publications/Reviews, Hospital Websites, Employment, Situations Wanted, Personal Webpages of individual practitioners, Commercial Websites (Pharmaceutical, Disposables and Equipment Manufacturers) Medical Information Sites in related disciplines such as Critical Care Medicine, Anesthesiology, Pulmonary Medicine, Critical Care Nursing, Emergency Medical Service. We also include Medical Information sites devoted to basic medical sciences, infectious diseases, allergies and a whole host of interesting educational links that can help round out the RCP’s online education.

By adding this page to your bookmarks or hot-links feature you can surf most, if not all, of the respiratory care/sleep-related sites you wish to browse with a few mouse clicks. No more guessing what to search for, no more trying to figure out which key words to use. It’s all here in front of you. Just scroll.

Each of these recommended links has been reviewed before inclusion. Only sites offering a significant amount of clinically relevant material in the specialty of Respiratory Care are considered for inclusion. We invite you to recommend a site to be reviewed. Visit us often as we expect to keep redefining, refining and revising and adding to these pages in the weeks and months ahead.

Tobacco

Tobacco and its role in the causation of chronic pulmonary diseases as well as cancer is one of the many important subjects in any respiratory care pracitioner’s knowledge base. To that end we are pleased to present a highly important website known as the Tobacco Control Archives. We won’t tell you too much about it but it will both startle and educate the RCPs who decide to visit.
